PURCHASES
Purchases from Al Kawthar are charged via paypal once order is confirmed and are processed before items are despatched. An email will be sent to confirm the order.
PAYMENT
We take payment from PayPal account at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Al Kawthar’s UK delivery charges are weight dependant and can cost as follows
All UK postage is sent out 1st class royal mail.
For example, a bali yarn will cost £2.00, one abaya will cost £4.55 etc. Orders above 450g are sent out recorded signed for.
Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days
Europe excluding UK Shipping cost will be the same as UK (automatically calculated in shopping cart) plus:
An extra £1.00 for each satin & chiffon material hijabs
An extra £1.50 for each non satin & chiffon material hijabs
An extra £3.00 for every abaya
There is no extra charge for head bands, sleeves and pins.

USA, Canada & the Rest of the World Shipping cost will be the same as UK (automatically calculated in shopping cart) plus:
An extra £1.00 for each satin & chiffon material hijabs
An extra £1.50 for each non satin & chiffon material hijabs
An extra £3.00 for every abaya
There is no extra charge for head bands, sleeves and pins.

Expected delivery time is 12-18 working days
CANCELLATIONS
At Al Kawthar we want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind we give you up to 4 hours to cancel your order. to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible on info@al-kawthar.co.uk with the subject heading “Cancellation”.
Please provide us with the details of your order as well as name, email address and paypal ID.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Al Kawthar we take pride in ensuring that our products are checked thoroughly before they leave us. Where incorrect or faulty items have been dispatched please contact us on info@al-kawthar.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your product so that we can resolve it for you by either an exchange or full refund.
If you are not 100% happy with your product you may exchange your item ONLY provided that the item is in its original packaging and has not been worn, washed, marked or stained. Return delivery cost will not be reimbursed. You must contact Al Kawthar in the first instance prior to returning the item on info@al-kawthar.co.uk.
Please ensure that items that are sent back are noted with Full name, address, contact number and email address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that products are returned undamaged. We advise that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery and keep a note of the tracking number.
AVAILABILITY
If the item that you are looking for is out of stock, it may take up to 4 weeks before it is back in stock. The best thing to do is email us on info@al-kawthar.co.uk so that we can reserve one for you on the stock arrival date.
COMPLAINTS
At Al Kawthar we try to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You are our priority, therefore if things have not happened the way that you expected, or if you believe anything was below standard we do apologise and ask that you let us know so that we can try and improve, or resolve the issue.
